Welcome to my online writing
A place where you can find ideas for working smarter and leading better
I believe writing is the best way to accelerate growth. It improves comprehension, retention, and decision-making. Note-taking and journaling help clarify one's thinking.
And when you combine reading with writing, you can connect ideas in new ways, and novel insights emerge.
At work and at home, writing improves the quality of my thoughts.
As Marcus Aurelius said nearly 2000 years ago, "the happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts."
My newsletter is where I share ideas for anyone that might be interested in learning and growing with me. IÂ typically write about strategy, collaboration, and mental fitness.
This website is my digital journal, a place to cultivate ideas publicly.
A little about Anthony Pica...

As a Marketing Leader...
I build teams and systems that create value for customers and businesses.
Having been the head of marketing at a SaaS startup, I have experience across product marketing, sales enablement, operations, and digital.
And throughout my life, I’ve been so curious about how things work that I’ve developed skills in diverse disciplines e.g. strategy, psychology, technology, and design.
Combined, these skills make me a resourceful teammate and marketing leader.
As a Writer...
I’m a writer because, well, I write stuff. In some ways, we're all writers... right?
I believe writing is the medium for clear thinking. I journal to sharpen my mind, take notes on ideas I want to understand, and create high-quality thought leadership content to help companies grow. Sharing knowledge is the best marketing strategy.
