Welcome to my home online

I believe the best way to accelerate growth is by learning from the experience of others.

To that end, I synthesize knowledge from historical leaders and all kinds of books—from philosophy classics like Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations to productivity bestsellers like James Clear’s Atomic Habits—and write about the interesting ideas I’ve cultivated, here on my website.

Journaling and note-taking are important parts of my life because they help me think, learn, and grow. Writing improves the quality of my thoughts, and happiness depends on the quality of your thoughts.

“The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.”

Marcus Aurelius

This website and my newsletter is where I share some of my writing for anyone that might be interested in learning and growing with me.

Call it my digital journal, a place to cultivate ideas publicly.

Marketing Leader & Writer

As a marketing leader, I build teams and systems that deliver customer value and business impact. Throughout my life, I’ve been so curious about how things work that I’ve developed skills in diverse disciplines: Technology, Psychology, Strategy, Communication, Design. Combined, they make me a resourceful marketing leader.

I’m a writer because, well, I write stuff. I believe writing is the medium for clear thinking. I journal to sharpen my mind, I take notes on ideas I want to deeply understand, and I create high-quality content to help companies grow.

Stoicism is my mental operating system. It’s a philosophy built on the idea that there are things we can control and things we cannot control. I try to focus my energy on things I can control: my thoughts and actions. It’s not always easy, but it helps me think strategically and be a better leader.
