Anthony Pica is a marketing leader, stoic strategist, writer, and technologist.
Hello! I’m a lifelong learner on a mission to live a eudaimonic life. I enjoy learning new things in various disciplines—such as philosophy, psychology, leadership, and technology—and connecting concepts in new ways to gain a deeper understanding of the world and human nature.
At work, I’m the Director of Marketing at Internet Creations, a business consulting and software development firm headquartered in Hamilton, New Jersey. Our vision is to empower the world to deliver the perfect service experience every time.
I lead a team of talented individuals and share with the world practical advice on how to improve both customer and employee experience. We’ve been in business for more than two decades, providing strategic guidance and Salesforce consulting services to organizations across the globe—from startups to the Fortune 100.
As the founder of the Salesforce Trailblazer Community Group in Hamilton, NJ, I bring together Salesforce Admins, developers, and business users to share experiences and learn from one another. On a monthly basis, we meet for special presentations, group discussions, and professional networking.
More about Anthony…
My love for technology and customer experience dates back to the late ’90s—a time when JezzBall was popular. In 2001, I offered freelance computer support and web development services. In 2005, I founded Gray Thought Solutions LLC and delivered design and development services to businesses across the globe.
Over the next 5 years, I built a team that grew into a successful marketing firm, helping organizations of diverse industries grow their business and build their brand with creative marketing solutions.
In 2010, one of my clients (Internet Creations, mentioned above) requested that I work in a full-time capacity to help grow the business faster. We transformed into a multi-million dollar company over the next two years. In 2013, Internet Creations was named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine.
I love improving the customer experience with technology, and I hold certifications in Salesforce and marketing automation.
When I’m not growing Internet Creations, I enjoy:
- Reading and writing
- Music theory, piano, and ukulele
- Astronomy and physics
- Smarthome automation
- Stoic philosophy
…and learning new things about the world we live in.
Engaging in different activities and hobbies fuels my creativity.
