Interested in building your brand? I help organizations tell their story and improve customer experience with technology. As a marketing technologist, this is my passion.
I’m the Director of Marketing at Internet Creations, a software development and business consulting firm headquartered in Hamilton, New Jersey. We’ve been in business for over two decades, providing strategic guidance and expert IT services to organizations of all sizes, including nonprofits and the Fortune 100. As a trusted Salesforce partner, we empower our customers to save tens of millions of dollars by operating more efficiently with Salesforce.
As the Salesforce New Jersey User Group Leader, I bring Salesforce admins, developers, and business users together to share their experiences with Salesforce and learn from each other through discussions and presentations. Sign up to get notified of upcoming meetings.
My love for technology and customer service dates back to the late 90’s when JezzBall was popular. In 2001, I provided freelance computer support and web development services. Four years later in 2005, I founded Gray Thought Solutions LLC and my company delivered design and development services to businesses across the globe.
Over the next 5 years, I built a team that grew into a successful marketing firm, helping organizations of diverse industries grow their business and build their brand with creative marketing solutions.
In 2010, one of my clients (Internet Creations, mentioned above) requested that I work in a full-time capacity to help grow the business faster. We transformed into a multi-million dollar company over the next two years. In 2013, Internet Creations was named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine.
I love improving the customer experience with technology, and I hold certifications in marketing automation and Salesforce.
When I’m not growing Internet Creations, I enjoy:
- Reading and writing
- Music theory, piano, and ukulele
- Astronomy and physics
- Home Automation
- Stoic Philosophy
…and learning new things about the world we live in.
I find that engaging in different activities and hobbies fuels my creativity and helps me “sharpen the saw.”
